We will be meeting at the Target parking lot in Gainesville at 2:30 p.m., not 1:30 p.m., as previously posted. This will still allow us plenty of time for a great tailgate, and getting good seats on the lawn. If you want to meet up with the group at Nissan, rather than carpooling, please call Karen on Saturday so we won't be waiting for you at Target. Also, if you haven't posted what food item you'll be bringing for the tailgate, please do so now, so we'll have enough for everyone. We'll have sodas and bottled water, but remember, the tailgate is BYOB. We will be tailgating with another meetup group, DC/MD/VA Adventures, so we can expect an additional 10 or so people. Tickets are still available online at Live Nation.com by clicking here. The cost with fees is $42.00. We will meet in the parking lot at Target store in Gainesville at 2:30pm. (13301 Gateway Center Dr.) I will be bringing a table and a couple of chairs, a canopy and grill, a cooler with ice, and all of the paper/plastic products. I can also accommodate up to six (6) additional people + coolers and chairs, etc., for those of you who wish to carpool into Nissan. Otherwise, I will email my cell phone number on Friday to everyone else who wants to join us for the tailgate. The concert is scheduled to begin at 6:30. Food and drink:
Everyone should bring an item to share from the list below so please email me directly and let me know what you are bringing. This is essential so we have enough for everyone and not too many duplications!
BYOB, and remember, coolers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed to be brought into the Pavilion area. Also, alcoholic beverages must be poured into cups while partying in the Nissan parking lot. For the tailgate, here are some suggestions:

Last summer's concert with Brad Paisley was fantastic so let's do it again this year. July 25, 2009 Brad Paisley (http://bradpaisley. musiccitynetworks.com/), Dierks Bentley and Jimmy Wayne will be entertaining us. We will meet in the parking lot at Nissan at 4:30 pm. Please call me when you get there so I can tell you where we are set up. My cell will be emailed out Friday to all there will be attending. Food: Everyone are on their own in regards to what they are bringing to eat/ share. Keep in mind we do not have a grill. I will bring brownies again to share. BYOB (must be poured in a cup), chairs, blanket, sunscreen, tickets, etc.. I hope to see all of you there!

We will meet in the parking lot at Nissan at 4:30 pm. I will have all the major items in my car so if you want to drive in with me then you need to let me know. Hey Ladies!!!! After a long week of work what better way to relax than a Ladies Night in DC? This place has had GREAT reviews as a fun place to go with your girlfriends for a no drama zone where we can relax and kick up our heels. It is metro accessible and located one half block west of the Eastern Market metro station (take the Blue or Orange Line) There is a $5 cover but worth every dollar. The Happy Hour ends at 8 ($4.25 Imports, $2.75 Rail Drinks, $2.50 Domestic Beer, $1.75 Draft Bud/Bud Light, $1.00 off, top shelf) so if you are in the area and want to meet us inside just let me know. Anyone up for dinner before hand please note in your RSVP and we will set something up based on responses. We will be meeting up at Remingtons at 7pm out front and heading inside at about 7:15 ish. I will send out my cell # closer to the date and look forward to seeing you there !!!!

2009 Festival
Let's meet at the Bud Light Main Stage at 2:30 pm June 7th ($12) so we can find a spot so we all can sit or hang out together.
Fairfax County Government Center Phil Vassar will be performing Sunday, June 7th at 3:30pm on the Bud Light Main Stage
The concert is free with your admission ticket to the festival.

A little about Phil:
Those who best understand Phil Vassar site- good-time, whirling-dervish-on-the-piano, hardest-working-man-in-country-music Phil Vassar - also understands the ongoing evolution of his mostly self-penned music. And Prayer of A Common Man, his fourth studio album and first for Universal Records South, adds several more layers of artistic expression to his deepening repertoire.
The Virginia-born singer, songwriter and musician took his seat as country's leading piano man with the success of songs like "Just Another Day In Paradise" and "Six-Pack Summer." Hard work paid off for Vassar, first as a songwriter.
