We are Country at Heart.
Some of us were raised country and some are new country fans. We are city folks and rednecks living in and around the greater DC region.
In our group, you never have to explain why country music rocks. We go to C&W bars and learn to two-step or line-dance. We see bands play and sometimes just get together just for fun.
Everyone is encouraged to be an assistant organizer and be a part of creating and shaping the fun. The only rule is to enjoy ourselves, have fun and leave stress behind.

Join us for dinner and another fine evening of country music when Travis Tritt comes to the Birchmere on January 25th. Tickets go on sale Friday, December 4, at 12:00 pm. All tickets are general admission, and seating is first come, first served. Line numbers for admission are handed out when the box office opens (5:00pm on the day of the show), and the Music Hall opens at 6:00pm. Read more

New Greeting for“Mostly I’ve only been there on the weekends; however I did check out a Tue last year for dance classes. The weekends were a better turn out, unless you specifically wanted the lessons. Yes, they have live bands on Fri and Sat nights. Most of them are really good and play current cover hits.
